Part-Time Building Caretaker / Cleaner (20 hrs/week, Mon–Fri)
Victoria, BC | 20 hours per week | Monday–Friday, daytime (8 AM – 5 PM)
We’re looking for a dependable Building Caretaker/Cleaner with prior janitorial or caretaker experience to help maintain three medium-sized buildings on the same site.
Responsibilities:
- Vacuum and maintain hallways
- Keep lobbies and common areas clean and presentable
- Clean elevators
- Replace lightbulbs as needed
- Maintain tidiness of garbage/recycling areas
Requirements:
- Previous janitorial or caretaker experience (preferred)
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Comfortable with light maintenance tasks
Schedule:
- 20 hours per week
- Monday to Friday, flexible daytime hours (between 8 AM – 5 PM)
- Extreme proximity to public transport, onsite parking
