We are currently seeking a dependable and experienced Building Superintendent to oversee the day-to-day operations, cleaning and minor maintenance of our residential building. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on professional who takes pride in keeping a property safe, clean, and running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs
- Respond promptly to tenant requests and service calls
- Maintain cleanliness and order in common areas, hallways, and exterior spaces
- Monitor building systems and ensure proper functioning (elevators, HVAC, etc.)
- Coordinate and oversee contractors, vendors, and inspections
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and regulations
- Be available for emergencies and after-hours issues
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a superintendent
- Solid knowledge of minor maintenance repairs and building systems
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Must be able to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs
Compensation:
