About the role
· Communicate with current and potential clients in a professional and informative manner by phone and email, responding to inquiries and requests
· Organize and maintain accurate client records
· Complete compilation engagements for a variety of small businesses
· Keep financial records using manual and computerized bookkeeping and accounting systems
· Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
· Prepare and file corporate and personal tax returns
· Reconcile and prepare accounts
· Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
What are we looking for?
· 2+ years of education in accounting, business administration, or a related field
· Fast-learner, good communicator, and dedicated
· Experience using accounting softwares and/ or CRMs would be an asset
· Strong self-initiative and the ability to work independently
· Patience for all of those CRA hold times

Pay: $40,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
