Job Title: Jr. Accounting Technician
Reports to: Group Controller
Work Hours: 8 hours per day Monday to Friday
Position Summary: The employee is expected to assist a variety of accounting functions, mostly AR/AP, Bank Reconciliation, Shipping, Office Administration, Banking, Filing, Payroll, Month End.
General Accounting Duties & Responsibilities
- Accounts payable, including vendor invoice entry after matching with PO and received quantity, vendor payments, and documents filing.
- Accounts receivable, including creating and sending customer invoices and entering deposits
- Payroll and administration, including timesheets verification, issuing ROE, ordering stationary and other administration tasks.
- Banking duties, if necessary;
- Various filing duties.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of accounting experiences in AP, AR, or general ledger, Banking
- Administrative experiences considered an asset.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Accurate and organized
Salary: $20-$30 depending on experiences and qualification

- Diploma/Certificate

Accounting: 3 year+
