We are looking for an Accounting Administrator to help support AR, AP and payroll for all companies.

Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Enjoys being part of an action-oriented team committed to continuous improvement and provides a collaborative approach to achieve these goals
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Conduct account analysis and reconciliation
- Act as first point of contact with customers and vendors; effectively communicate and liaise with all departments to resolve all inquiries and discrepancies
- Prepare Bank reconciliations
- Support financial reporting activities
- Assist co-workers in the finance team during peak times
- Other duties as assigned.
