The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a Clinical Receptionist/Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in customer service, organized, detail-oriented, and driven by sales performance. Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcoming clients and setting a positive tone for their visit
- Managing appointments, answering inquiries, and maintaining client records
- POS system operation and handling product sales/upsells
- Filing charts and maintaining client privacy and data integrity
- Assisting in ordering inventory and tracking stock levels
- Supporting clinic cleanliness, opening procedures, and general upkeep
- Assisting management with daily administrative tasks and special projects
- Booking clients across multiple clinic locations, including virtually
- Maintaining and promoting Solange’s brand image and environment
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical reception, administrative, or similar customer-facing role
- Strong sales background is a significant asset
- Proficiency in Excel and POS systems
- Knowledge of medical charting and spa/clinic booking systems preferred
- High attention to detail, initiative-taker, team player
- Must adhere to the clinic’s professional dress code and brand standards
