ACCOUNTING MANAGER
We are seeking a dedicated and client-focused professional to join our team as an Accounting Manager in Hinton, Alberta. In this role, you will play a key part in managing file preparation, providing advisory services, and building strong relationships with clients to help enhance their operational efficiency and financial performance.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Lead accounting advisory engagements, managing client expectations and deliverables while providing strategic guidance.
- Support business clients with financial statement preparation and reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Stay current with applicable accounting standards and business trends to deliver proactive, insightful advice.
- Research and understand clients’ industries, offering tailored recommendations to improve operational efficiency and financial performance.
- Collaborate with and mentor team members, fostering a culture of excellence and professional growth.
WHAT YOU BRING
- A CPA designation with a minimum of 4 years of public accounting experience.
- Proven expertise in accounting software such as Caseware, Jazzit, Keystone, Excel, Taxprep, and QuickBooks Online.
- Strong leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to mentor, coach, and develop junior staff.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- A client-focused approach and a drive to deliver exceptional service and value.
