Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring an Accounting Analyst on a permanent basis on our Retail Accounting team.

What you’ll do:
You will provide various levels of support to local Co-ops and team members prior to, during and post JDE conversion.
You will assist in required analysis of the continuous improvement process. This will involve review of current processes, recommendation of improvements and alternatives, and review of available alternatives.
- In collaboration with the Manager, you will provide full cycle accounting services and ensure timely and accurate information is being provided to the local Co-ops.

The Team: You will work closely with the Retail Accounting team and will report into the Manager, Retail Accounting Process Improvement. This team is committed to cultivating a culture of teamwork and collaboration that delivers the best, most accurate service to the CRS.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Finance and:
- Have 3-6 years experience in both accounting and financial reporting
- Have a bachelor’s degree in commerce or business, with a focus in accounting (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered)
- Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation is required
This opportunity is a Band 5 – Management position and falls within the Professional Services career stream.
