We are looking for an Administrative Assistant (maternity leave replacement) to work with a team of property managers who manage a number of prestigious condominiums in downtown Montreal. The Assistant will be responsible for supporting the team in their administrative tasks.
Roles, Responsibilities and Activities:
- Maintain and update the current filing system and database (lease copies, contact information, service contracts, by-laws, documents, etc.)
- Handle administrative correspondence through the communication portal or by phone (general inquiries, complaints, rule violations, document requests, etc.)
- Organize moves, manage key/magnetic chip/garage key requests, update intercom systems as requested.
- Sending general communications, following approval by the Administrative Manager and/or the Manager.
- Assist the Manager with specific tasks as required.
- Excellent command of the French and English language (oral and written). English is required to respond to requests from English-speaking customers.
- Adaptable to learning new operating systems.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant administrative and customer service experience.
- Team player, yet able to work autonomously.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
