We are seeking a fluent English-speaking Administrative Assistant who is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to support our client onboarding and account management efforts. This role is essential for ensuring new clients have a smooth and positive experience on our platform from day one.
Key Responsibilities
-Make onboard meetings and calls to new clients to welcome them, explain platform features, guide them through the onboarding process and answer functional questions.
-Follow up with newly registered accounts to ensure successful onboarding and engagement.
-Maintain accurate client notes and records, and track follow-up activities in our CRM system.
-Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth client experiences across operations, dispatch, and billing.
-Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, email correspondence, and appointment scheduling.
