Administrative Assistant – All-In Contracting
We're looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to support our growing renovation team. This role is ideal for someone who’s proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects on the go.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and managing client calls, emails, and inquiries
- Scheduling site visits, quotes, and coordinating project timelines
- Managing and organizing estimates, invoices, and contract documentation
- Keeping project files and calendars up to date
- Supporting day-to-day admin tasks and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Comfortable with email, spreadsheets, and basic cloud-based tools (Google Drive, etc.)
- Experience in construction or trades administration is a plus
