Overview
We are seeking a motivated and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The position is part-time, Monday and Tuesday 9am-5pm.
Duties
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression of the organization.
- Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel and taking messages as needed.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining organized records.
- Handle filing and organization of documents in both physical and electronic formats.
- Provide administrative support including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
- Assist with customer support inquiries, resolving issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk area while adhering to office protocols.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in office software including Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A friendly demeanor with strong customer service orientation is essential.
