Overview
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and provide exceptional customer service.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Perform data entry, filing, typing, and other clerical tasks as needed
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
- Assist with proofreading documents and correspondence
- Utilize computerized systems for scheduling appointments and managing records
Experience
- Proven experience in customer service or front desk roles
- Proficient in using office equipment such as printers, copiers, and fax machines
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
