Job Requirements:
We are currently looking for a personable, reliable and hard working receptionist to join our growing team! Below are the general job requirements. We ask all applicants to please submit a resume. Qualifications:
- Experience working as a receptionist or in a customer service oriented role (asset)
Skills / Qualities:
- Hard-working and reliable
- Personable - able to communicate well with students, parents & coworkers
- Organization - able to promptly stay on top of scheduling, emails and phone calls
- Experienced and proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, as well as Google Apps (Google Docs, Sheets, Drive etc.)
Commitment & Availability:
- Thursdays (3:00pm - 9:00pm), Fridays (3:00pm - 8:00pm), & Saturdays (8:45am - 2:00pm)
- Receptionist is required to arrive prior to start time to open.
- Punctual, reliable and committed to working on agreed upon days
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From $17.60 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
