We are seeking a dedicated and organized Dental Receptionist to join our dynamic dental laboratory. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks efficiently. This role requires a friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and an understanding of dental terminology and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Track cases with check-in and check-out process.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring optimal case flow.
- Maintain accurate patient records and billing processes.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to client inquiries regarding services and procedures.
- Assist with billing and payment processing.
- Collaborate laboratory staff to ensure seamless workflow.
- Billing and Packaging of all cases outgoing
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a dental office/lab or similar healthcare setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, particularly related to dentistry.
- Experience with CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software is advantageous but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with patients and team members alike.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
