Job Title: Medical/Rehab Receptionist
About the Role:
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated receptionist to join our dynamic healthcare team. While prior experience in a medical or rehabilitation setting is ideal, it is not required — we value the right attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn.
Key Qualifications:
- Coachable and eager to learn new systems and processes
- Excellent communication skills, especially in presenting and following up on treatment plans
- Familiarity with insurance companies, billing procedures, and clinical services (an asset)
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate with clinicians and staff
- Highly organized, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
