We're currently looking for a dedicated clinic support staff member to join our team full-time. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for health sciences and a genuine interest in helping others.
Position Summary
As part of our front-line team, you’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless and friendly experience to our clients. This is a customer-focused role with a blend of administrative responsibilities and patient care support.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients with professionalism and warmth
- Schedule appointments and manage the booking system
- Process payments and handle direct billing as needed
- Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries
- Maintain accurate records and perform general filing/faxing
- Support physiotherapists with basic client care tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and order throughout the clinic, including laundry and tidying
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong phone etiquette and a customer-first mindset
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, scheduling software, etc.)
- Positive, reliable, and proactive attitude
- Must currently reside in Calgary
