Come join our team! We are hiring an individual who is flexible to work both in the front end as a receptionist (VMR), and to assist our medical team in the back (VMA). Responsibilities will include greeting and assisting clients, answering phones, booking appointments, processing invoices, safe animal restraint, medical pack prep, and general housekeeping. Part-time or full-time hours are negotiable; however the candidate must be available to work Saturdays (9am-2pm) as part of their regular schedule. Preference will be given to applicants who have successfully completed a registered VMA/VMR program or have experience working in the industry. Experience with Impromed/Infinity is also an asset. We are a well-established small animal practice located in St. Albert, offering services such as ophthalmology exams, orthopedic and soft-tissue surgery, dental prophies and surgery, and wellness exams and vaccines.
