What We’re Looking For
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a veterinary clinic or similar animal care setting
- Proven ability to provide exceptional client service while managing administrative tasks
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to stay calm and organized under pressure
- Comfortable handling phone calls, appointment bookings, and front desk duties
- Proficient in animal restraint to support veterinarians and technicians
- Solid understanding of veterinary hygiene protocols and procedures
- Excellent communication skills with clients and team members
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of managing time effectively
- Kennel care experience
Bonus Qualifications:
- Prior training in animal handling or veterinary assistance
- Living near or within proximity to Auburn Bay is preferred
