Alpine 24/7 Veterinary Hospital is looking for a Veterinary Receptionist to join our team! We pride ourselves on promoting a very happy, team-oriented working environment. Responsibilities would include:
- Greeting and assisting clients in a polite and professional manner
- Answering phones in a professional and timely manner
- Scheduling appointments
- Checking in clients and checking them out when they are ready to leave
- Ensure that all files and information for clients and pets are accurately in the system
- Emailing, scanning, copying, and faxing documents
- Maintaining the front desk and waiting area
- Assisting Registered Veterinary Technicians and/or Veterinarians when required
- Completing payment transactions with customers
- Completing daily tasks and duties as instructed by management
- Assuring that cleaning is completed throughout the day

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
- Knowledge of medical or veterinary office protocol is preferred
- Familiarity with Cornerstone is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional appearance and demeanor
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 44 per week
