Responsibilities
- Provide clerical support including data entry, filing, and document management.

- Answer phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Greet visitors at the front desk and assist them as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring confidentiality and organization.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness before distribution.
- Utilize Google Suite for creating documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Manage basic accounting tasks using QuickBooks as required.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline office processes and improve efficiency.
Skills
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
- Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent data entry capabilities with a focus on accuracy.
- Familiarity with medical office procedures is advantageous but not required.
- Ability to manage files effectively and maintain organized records.
- Strong clerical skills including typing speed and accuracy.
- Exceptional front desk management skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain professional phone etiquette at all times.
