Job Description
Working under the direct supervision of the Property Manager, the Property Administrator will oversee the administrative and maintenance operations of a property. The Property Administrator is responsible and accountable for administration of property accounts receivable and management of resident accounts. You will provide superior customer service in all interactions with residents.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in overseeing Tenant Services, Property Administration, Payables and Office Administration.
Provide administrative support for the Senior Property Manager including preparation of notices and other resident correspondence.
Respond to resident inquiries, feedback, complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Assist the Senior Property Manager to provide process improvements that proactively enhance the customer experience.
Maintain an orderly office area, including proper filing of all hard and soft copy documentation and correspondence.
Assist the Senior Property Manager with collection of delinquent rents.
Answering incoming calls on multi-line telephones and referring inquiries.
Generate work orders as required.
Carry out ad-hoc and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
A passion for excellence in customer service delivery.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Strong command of MS Office products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
Detail-oriented; ability to resolve problems using facts, sound reasoning and common sense.
Minimum Requirements:
Two or more years’ experience in real estate property administration.
Post-secondary education preferred.
