Title: Office Administrator/Receptionist
Job Overview:
Harbourview Rehabilitation is a multidisciplinary healthcare clinic, and we are seeking an Office Administrator/Receptionist to join our team
The Office Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and will handle all administrative tasks. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent organization and communication skills.
*Our ideal candidate would be able to start August 18, 2025 but there is a little flexibility in this*
Duties:
- Front desk reception – greet and check-in clients
- Coordinate front desk activities, including managing phone calls and correspondence
- Logging and invoicing clients and insurance companies
- Manage and organize client files
- Provide administrative support to staff members as needed
- Accounts receivable and payment processing
- Monthly accounting, bank reconciliation and other tasks as needed to coordinate with the bookkeeper
Skills:
- Proficient use and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams) required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Fluency in English is essential
- 1-2 years of experience with office administration
- Experience with ClinicMaster is a bonus
- Experience with WorkSafeBC and ICBC portals preferred
- Experience with Quickbooks and bookkeeping preferred
- Can work with minimal supervision
- Experienced with Foxit PDF for document management and editing.
This is a Monday to Friday 8:00am-4:00pm or 8:30am-4:30 pm position. Health benefits are available, and no overtime is required.
