The Condominium Property Administrator is responsible for assisting and coordinating all property management, administrative and maintenance activities. Duties and responsibilities will include the day to day running of the unregistered condominium, responding to requests and general record keeping and filing. Condominium experience required.
Property Administration:
On a day-today basis, the key responsibilities of the Condominium Property Administrator include but not limited to:
- Prepare and confirm Pre-Delivery Inspections;
- Recording and organizing move ins, outs and deliveries;
- Receive requests for service from residents and respond by providing information, problem solving;
- Distribute resident communication materials, e.g., Welcome/Move-in and Emergency procedures packages;
- Provide direct support to the Assistant Property Manager;
- Receiving security reports from the concierge daily;
- Maintaining the filing system and accurate and organized records and legal documents;
- Maintaining information sheets, e.g., license plates, phone numbers, locker numbers and parking lists;
- Updating the Building Emergency Evacuation Plan, resident contact lists, vendor and fire emergency lists;
- Maintaining key logs and records of fob devices;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
