Job Summary
Wolf Management is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and completion of various business and operational projects. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, a strong communicator, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preference will be given to candidates with experience coordinating IT-related projects, particularly ERP and POS system implementations, and those with hands-on involvement in software testing and testing software tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with project planning, scheduling, and coordination of activities
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, reporting any deviations to the manager
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Maintain and update project documentation, spreadsheets, and files
- Communicate with team members, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure clarity on tasks and deadlines
- Help manage workflows and ensure tasks are assigned and completed on time
- Conduct research, collect data, and prepare summaries or reports as needed
- Support software testing efforts by documenting test cases, executing test scenarios, and reporting issues
- Use testing software tools to log and track bugs, validate fixes, and support quality assurance processes
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and presentations
- Support administrative and operational tasks to keep projects moving forward
Preferred Experience
- Experience supporting IT projects, especially ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and POS (Point of Sale) system implementations
- Familiarity with software testing processes, including writing and executing test cases, logging bugs, and using testing tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, or similar)
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or support role (project experience required; IT and QA exposure preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and/or project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Smartsheet)
- Experience with bug tracking and testing software tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Post-secondary education in business administration, project management, information systems, or a related field is an asset
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
