The Physio Studio Health and Wellness Center is looking for a friendly and organized Client Service Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our physiotherapy clinic. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly and ensure a positive experience from the moment they enter
- Manage phone calls, scheduling, emails, and appointment confirmations
- Manage a comprehensive and accurate intake process during the patients' initial clinic visit and throughout the treatment plan
- Aid patients in completing paperwork at the clinic to prevent errors and ensure accurate information
- Assist with administrative tasks, including direct billing to insurance companies and keeping track of payments
- Bill to auto insurance companies for “Motor Vehicle Accident” (MVA) patients
- Work directly with the “Workers Compensation Board” (WCB) to assist injured patients
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Support the team with any additional duties as needed
- Familiarity with the “Jane App” software system is considered an asset
Qualifications:
- High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent
- Proficient in computer operations and data entry
- Flexibility and adaptability to change
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
- Excellent communication (verbal/written) and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Prior experience in a physiotherapy clinic setting and utilizing Jane software is an asset but not a requirement
