Are you passionate about connecting with people and have a passion for OAKBERRY Açaí? We’re looking for a Catering & Events Coordinator to help us deliver exceptional experiences to our customers through catering drops, events, and community activations.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver OAKBERRY catering and event orders throughout the Vancouver area
- Represent the brand with professionalism and positivity at all touchpoints
- Set up and assist at event activations, samplings, and pop-ups
- Educate customers and guests about our products and mission
- Coordinate with the internal team for logistics and delivery timing
- Help prep catering and event items when needed
- Capture content

- Organized and able to multitask under pressure
- Genuinely excited about OAKBERRY Açaí and living an active lifestyle
- Reliable, proactive, and self-motivated
Qualifications:
- Valid BC Driver’s License (must be comfortable driving in the city)
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certification
- Ability to lift, load, and transport catering supplies
- Excellent communication and time management skills
Job Details:
- Position Type: Part-time, Seasonal
- Hours: Up to (but not guaranteed) 20 hours/week
- Compensation: $21/hour
- Location: Vancouver, BC
- Vehicle provided
