Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and skilled individuals to join our Grounds Crew team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for outdoor work and possess a variety of skills related to equipment operation, mowing, landscape maintenance and groundskeeping. This role involves maintaining the aesthetic quality of outdoor spaces, ensuring they are clean, safe, and visually appealing.
We have multiple openings available and are very flexible with our hours and schedule. Positions include:
- Full time grounds crew
- Part time grounds crew
- Gardener (flexible hours, full time or part time)
- Operator/Mower (full time or part time)

Responsibilities
- Perform lawn care activities including mowing, fertilizing, and aerating.
- Conduct landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, pruning, and weeding.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various landscaping projects.
- Assist with hardscape installations including patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
- Collaborate with team members on construction projects related to landscaping.
- Ensure all equipment is maintained in good working condition.
Requirements
- Experience in lawn care, horticulture, gardening, and landscape maintenance is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work.
