Cleaning
- Cleaning of common areas of complexes which includes vacuuming, dusting, windows, washing floors, cleaning common washrooms.
- Prepare unit for turnover - clean refrigerator, stove, bathroom, floors, carpets
- Garbage removal from common areas.
- Cleaning of stairwalls, doorways, high touch areas, elevator.
- Duties assigned by property manager
Maintenance
- replacing taps, fixing leaking tabs
- fixing closet doors
- adjusting door handles switching locks
- unblocking toliets
Grounds
- summer grounds using push lawn mower, whipper snipper
- winter grounds shoveling doorways, ensure salt/sanding of icy areas.
On -call every 3rd week for after hours maintenance emergencies.
Vehicle requirements -Use of own vehicle, driving between locations required
Ability to work independently and with team members with a professional attitude.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.50 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
