Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our facilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various maintenance disciplines, including electrical, mechanical, and facilities maintenance. A commitment to customer service and the ability to work collaboratively with team members are crucial for success in this position.
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to equipment and facility operations.
- Fabricate components as needed to support maintenance tasks.
- Read and interpret schematics to assist in repairs and installations.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing tenant or client concerns promptly and professionally.
- Lead small teams during maintenance projects, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
Experience
- Leadership experience in a maintenance setting will be considered an asset.
