Job Description:
PureCraft Restorations is seeking a dedicated Crew Manager for a team of up to 6 people. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, a natural problem solver, comfortable working with people, and has reliable personal transportation.
Responsibilities:
- Contact customers to confirm project details, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction throughout the project.
- Report job progress and crew performance to management
- Schedule jobs to optimize crew efficiency and fulfill customer requirements.
- Manage crew needs, including ordering and tracking inventory of supplies, tools, and materials.
- Direct and supervise daily tasks and on-site operations for your crew.
- Gather, organize, and submit all supporting job documentation (work orders, permits, photos, approvals).
- Serve as the primary contact for job sites, customers, and crew members.
- Conduct quality checks; troubleshoot issues and provide timely solutions.
Qualifications:
- Must have: Managerial, customer service or crew leadership experience (at least 1 year)
- Must have: Reliable personal transportation
- Strong problem-solving abilities: Able to handle on-site challenges independently
- Exceptional organizational skills: Able to manage schedules, supplies, and paperwork efficiently
- Great with people: Strong verbal and written communication; able to foster a positive team environment
- Digital literacy: Basic scheduling and documentation skills
Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 10 weeks
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
