The Go-To-Market Coordinator Co-op role is a dynamic, multifaceted position within our Go-To-Market (GTM) team, reporting directly to the Global Go-To-Market Lead for an 8-month, full-time co-op term. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced digital consultancy, providing a unique perspective on how a GTM team functions as the central support system for a diverse organization. 

We are looking for someone who is not only adaptable and resourceful but also eager to explore and utilize cutting-edge technologies. Experience with or a demonstrated interest in leveraging AI to enhance efficiency, generate insights, and drive innovation is highly preferred. 

You'll be part of the glue that helps our GTM team support Sales and other departments across multiple time zones. While you won't directly interact with external clients, your work will be visible through the polished presentations, proposals, and other materials our sales teams use. This role offers a unique perspective on how a GTM team functions as the central support system for a diverse organization. 

YOU WILL HAVE AN OPPORTUNITY TO: 

• Become a Sales Support Powerhouse: This role is all about enabling our sales teams. You'll be involved in everything from assisting with client proposals and creating sales decks to developing case studies and providing general sales support.

• Dive into the World of Digital Consulting: Gain a comprehensive understanding of how a digital consultancy operates, including our service offerings, partner ecosystem, and internal workflows. 
•  Influence the User Experience: Understand how various departments utilize our key presentation and marketing assets, directly impacting your approach to creating and refining these materials.
•  Contribute to Winning Deals: Play a vital role in the bid process, from setting up opportunities in CRM to collaborating with sales and bid teams to create compelling proposals and presentations.
•  Develop Your Research Skills: Conduct research and synthesize information on diverse topics, from client prospecting to emerging technology trends and competitive landscapes. 
• Streamline and Organize: Ensure bid responses and GTM assets adhere to Appnovation's branding guidelines, and constantly look for ways to optimize processes for greater efficiency. 
• Get Hands-on with CRM: Collaborate with the GTM Lead on CRM tasks, gaining valuable experience.

BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE: 

• Currently pursuing a co-op term as part of your undergraduate program. A strong interest in business and technology is highly desirable. 

BONUS POINTS: 

• Experience with CRM systems is a plus. 
• Proficiency with messaging and video conferencing tools (e.g., Slack, Google Meet). ● Strong research and information gathering skills. 
• Demonstrated experience or a strong interest in applying AI tools and technologies to improve workflows and drive innovation. This could include experience with AI-powered research tools, data analysis platforms, or other relevant technologies.
