We are looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative with experience providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate would be a mature person who is looking for the ideal work/personal life balance. You should be passionate in helping local retail businesses succeed in today’s world.
Job duties will include but not limited to:
- Provided exceptional customer service with specific product knowledge and a proactive attitude towards qualifying customer needs and providing optimal solutions.
- Provide support on the front desk, emails and phone
- Provide quotations for custom products to small and large businesses throughout Atlantic Canada
- Work with a team in maintaining the presentation of the sales floor and keeping merchandise organized and fully stocked to support sales
Requirements:
- Previous customer service/sales experience is required
- Self-starter with strong ability to perform in a multi-task environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team is a necessity
- You are a creative thinker who is comfortable working both independently and in a team environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $35,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
