What You’ll Do:
- Lead daily operations of the store, ensuring compliance with AGCO and all applicable cannabis retail regulations.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of budtenders.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while fostering a safe, inclusive, and positive store culture.
- Manage scheduling, inventory control, cash handling, and reporting.
- Drive sales through customer engagement, community involvement, and team performance.
- Uphold company policies, procedures, and standards of professionalism.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous management or supervisory experience in retail (cannabis or regulated industry is an asset).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent knowledge of cannabis products, trends, and industry regulations.
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Must be 19+ and able to obtain AGCO CannSell certification prior to employment.
