Cannabis Retail Customer Service Representative

Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Winnipeg
Schedule: Part-Time, Full-time, including days, evenings, and weekends
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Provide product information and educate customers on cannabis strains, consumption methods, and regulations.
- Answer questions and provide information about our products, including cannabis and accessories.
- Make recommendations to customers based on their preferences and needs.
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale system.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment at all times.
- Stay informed about current promotions, policies, and regulations.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
Requirements:
- Must be 19 years of age or older.
- Must have successfully completed the smart choices certification course.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to pass a criminal record check.
- Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, and weekends.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment.
