Jombone is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (French) for our client in Brampton. Fluency in French is mandatory for this role. Responsibilities:
- Manage customer orders via phone, email, fax, EDI, or web platforms.
- Communicate professionally and effectively via email, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Provide precise information on product availability, pricing, and specifications.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries or complaints, escalating issues when necessary.
- Assist the outside sales team and coordinate with other departments as required.
- Process returns and warranty requests with accurate documentation.
- Leverage advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data tracking, reporting, and management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2–5 years of experience in an office environment or customer service desk.
- Fluency in French (mandatory); Punjabi fluency is a valuable asset.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a track record of similar roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional email etiquette.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with a focus on efficiency and precision.
- Excellent multitasking, organizational, and prioritization abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and learning.
- Team-oriented attitude with strong collaboration skills.
Additional Requirements:
Candidates must be fluent in French, as this is a critical requirement. Fluency in Punjabi is an advantage. Business casual attire is expected in this professional office setting.
