Responsibilities:
Conducting sales of tours and retail items
Ability to multitask
Ability to answer phones and emails
Process reservations using online system
Check-in passengers
Ability to answer questions about tours and St. Andrews area
Restock and tidy retail space
Responsible for opening and closing store
Excellent customer service and willingness to speak with public is a MUST
Requirement: Available to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Available to start in June and finish season in October.
