Crystal Clear Water Centres is a leading provider of water treatment and purification systems in the Tri-City area. Our retail stores offer U-Fill Purified Water, coolers, salt and replacement filters, parts and accessories, in addition to a complete display of water systems.
This entry level position is a critical part of our front-line team that is responsible for maintaining smooth functioning retail stores and providing a pleasing store presentation. Shifts may vary from week to week.
What you'll do:
Provide exceptional customer service by effectively communicating with customers and identifying needs to provide the goods and services required to meet those needs.
Create qualified sales leads in our retail showroom by presenting and demonstrating our products and providing follow up as required.
Communicate with potential customers via phone, email and other CRM tools (e.g. Mailchimp).
Meet or exceed monthly targets for both retail and equipment sales.
Maintain records in Microsoft CRM software.
Complete day-to-day schedule for store operations and maintenance.
Participate in in-store promotions together with the promotion of residential sales and service departments. This may include contacting customers scheduled for maintenance and follow up on customer accounts.
Must be able to work at either our Kitchener or Waterloo location for shift coverage.
What you bring:
Exceptional communication and organizational skills and a people-oriented approach.
A proven track record in retail sales, customer service or related field.
Basic computer skills required.
Ability to lift 50 lb. bottles of water repetitively throughout the day as part of our water carryout service. Applicants that cannot easily lift 50 lbs. will not be considered.
