We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service & Sales Associate. In this dual-role, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support. You'll also play a key role in our growth by identifying and pursuing outbound sales opportunities. Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service through various channels (phone, email, in-person) by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information.
- Act as a knowledgeable resource for our products and services, guiding customers through their options.
- Proactively identify and pursue outbound sales leads, making calls and presentations to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Accurately process orders, maintain customer records, and handle administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Continuously learn and stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a customer service role, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrated ability in a sales-oriented environment, with a track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant computer applications.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience with HubSpot
- Knowledge of retail industry, specifically for shelf stable food items.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
