Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs to provide personalized assistance.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively.
- Manage time efficiently to ensure all customer inquiries are addressed promptly.
- Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system, including cash handling and credit card processing.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services to assist customers effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing to enhance the shopping experience.
- Address customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate issues as necessary.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Familiarity with technology sales is a plus, particularly for electronic products.
- Proficiency in cashiering and operating POS systems is advantageous.
- Bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as it enhances communication with diverse customers.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a valuable asset.
