Affinity eSolutions Inc. is currently looking for a driven and independent Customer Service Care Representative to join our team.
You will be tasked with supporting healthcare professionals for our clients utilizing the very best Compliance Monitoring Program available today.
Responsibilities:
· Embody the winning culture of Affinity and foster an unparalleled client-relationship to build and establish trust as the lead point of contact.
· Provide support through inbound calls and online tools.
· Resolve client issues efficiently with diplomacy and professionalism
· Investigate issues using Affinity software
· Be the subject matter expert in Affinity’s program to be confident in your ability to support and resolve client concerns.
· Manage and resolve any pending or outstanding alerts within the system.
· Provide coverage in the field ensuring that virtual collections (oral fluid, blood spot, and nail collections) are completed accurately and on time.
· Maintain a professional environment for participants, perform with confidence all aspects of the testing, including specimen collection and processing duties following established practices and procedures.
· Responsible for completing Chain of Custody (COC) forms
· Must guide participant on proper labelling of specimens as required.
· Ensuring proper shipping methods are arranged to pick up specimen.
· Maintains records of each specimen collected. Support Record Deletion process when directed by Management
Requirements:
· Must reside in Toronto, Ontario
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills and techniques.
· Able to work on multiple monitors and applications
· Passionate about customer service.
· Ability to effectively multi-task.
· Capable to manage time-sensitive duties.
· Must be comfortable and willing to present themselves professionally in front of a camera
· Must be able to work from Markham office for training and per request for team meetings and/or other work-related purposes
· Flexible to shift work between 6:30AM – 8:00PM, 5 days a week (Monday to Friday), occasional weekends, working on Canadian public holidays and observe US holidays
