Central Ordering/Administrative Assistant
Jordans Flooring is a trusted name in the flooring industry, proudly serving Western Canada with quality products and exceptional customer service for decades. We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Central Ordering / Administration Assistant to join our Burnaby head office team.
Key Responsibilities
Process and manage central orders accurately and efficiently for multiple store locations
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries
Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
Provide administrative support to the purchasing and operations teams
Monitor order status and follow up on backorders or discrepancies
Respond to inquiries from store staff regarding order status and stock availability
Assist with general office duties including filing, scanning and data entry
Qualifications
Previous experience in an administrative or order processing role preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and team-oriented approach
