Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth through consultative selling of our boiler and DAF operations.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in oil and gas services, energy systems, or mechanical engineering sales to make a real impact in a growing company.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in oil and gas, industrial, and commercial markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth areas.
- Develop customized proposals and present service offerings to clients.
- Collaborate with operations and technical teams to ensure client needs are fully understood and met.
- Track sales activities, forecasts, and results using CRM tools.
- Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the company.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally in completions and/or drilling operations.
- Knowledge of boiler systems, completion operations, drilling operations and/or plant operations is strongly preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regionally as needed.
- 10 years of experience with strong industry relationships.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
