We’re looking for a motivated and organized Business Development Coordinator to join our team and help drive growth through effective lead management, customer follow-up, and campaign execution.
Position Overview
The Business Development Coordinator plays a key role in connecting customers with our sales and service teams. This position is responsible for managing incoming and outgoing leads, coordinating appointments, and supporting marketing initiatives while maintaining accurate records in our CRM system. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced automotive dealership environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Distribute and assign leads to appropriate sales staff.
- Follow up with customers via phone, email, and text to maximize opportunities.
- Schedule and confirm sales and service appointments.
- Create and support targeted marketing campaigns to drive engagement and traffic.
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system with accuracy.
- Track and report on lead activity, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.
- Support management with special projects and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or business development (automotive experience an asset, but not required).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn.

Pay: $45,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
