Reporting to the General Manager, the Sales and Business Development Manager will lead the charge in expanding Wuxly’s reach across retail, wholesale, and B2B channels. This role is instrumental in forging new partnerships, managing client relationships, and driving top-line growth. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, highly collaborative, and excited to be part of a growing, mission-driven team.
What You Will Get Up To:
- Exemplify Wuxly’s core values in all interactions and communications, both internally and externally
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across B2B, wholesale, private label, and corporate channels
- Develop and execute sales strategies that align with company goals and values
- Manage relationships with key retail partners and new business accounts
- Prepare and present compelling proposals, quotes, and pitch decks to prospective clients
- Negotiate terms and close contracts in alignment with company policies and margin requirements
- Track sales performance, maintain CRM accuracy (Odoo), and report on pipeline health
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Development, Operations, and Marketing to ensure seamless partner onboarding and satisfaction
- Represent Wuxly at trade shows, pop-ups, and industry events

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management (tactical and defense industry experience is a strong asset)
- Demonstrated success in growing sales pipelines and closing high-value deals
- Proficient in ERP and CRM systems (Odoo preferred)
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Strategic thinker with strong organizational and time management skills
- Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and high level of accountability
