General Summary
The successful candidate will support the Design Manager to ensure the smooth functioning of the Design department while working both independently and collaboratively as part of the Design team.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
· Assist with office correspondence, including emails, letters and phone calls
· Schedule meetings
· Organize invoices for manager review and approval
· Organize files in the project management system
· Upload required documents into various project files
· Coordinate with builders to ensure all inquiries are addressed in a timely manner
· Special projects or other duties as required
Qualifications
· Two (2) – Three (3) years previous administrative support experience in a fast-paced environment
· Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite
· Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively
· High level organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and ability to think ahead to anticipate office needs
· Previous experience with project management software would be an asset
