Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Manage front desk activities, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries
- Answer multi-line phone systems and direct calls appropriately
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate filing systems
- Provide exceptional customer support, addressing client needs promptly
Skills
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly
- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail in data entry tasks
- Prior clerical experience in an office setting is preferred
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service abilities
- Familiarity with medical environments is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated
