Host Bookkeeping Systems Inc. is in an exciting phase of business growth and is on the search for a highly organized, detail-orientated Administrative Assistant to join our team - will that be YOU!?!?!

This new exciting role will offer admin assistance to the Founder (marketing, tracking workflow KPI’s, tracking client deadlines, managing team meetings, assisting with building out a knowledge base) while assisting the Intermediate Bookkeepers as needed (processing documents, scanning (minimal as we are cloud based after all!), updating client manuals etc.). This dynamic role is best suited for an individual that thrives on change and is always looking for ways to improve efficiencies.
The ideal candidate for this role will have the following qualities:
- Demonstrated pattern of personal and professional development
- High attention to detail
- Strong critical thinking skills and complex problem solving ability
- Articulate and concise verbal and written communication skills
- Adaptable to working in both a team environment and independently
- Social Media skills and experience working with Canva considered an asset
- A thirst for knowledge
As this is a remote working environment, you are required to have a strong internet connection and a dedicated office space in your home. Although remote, we are looking to hire locally in the Cowichan Valley, Vancouver Island, BC.
