This is a highly integrated role for both the individual and for us at Charbar, the Host position is also an order taker and expediter for our very busy Connie & John’s Pizza business. Hosts will be involved with taking and entering orders, setting up orders, as well as responsibly of being the first point of contact at our busy entrance.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide warm welcome to guests, in person and over the phone
- Take orders, ring into POS system, collect payment and complete accurate cash out at end of each shift
- Prepare the main entrance for service
- Utilize Open Table to plan and control flow of guest
- Accomplish all assigned side work throughout shift
- Work under guidance of managers
- Daily & weekly cleaning duties
- Must be available at least two shifts/week
- Study and learn elements of each dish in order to add to guest experience
