As we continue to expand, we're looking for a friendly, energetic Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our office and support our growing operations. You’ll be joining a young, positive, and energetic team, with training provided and room for growth within the company.
Summary
This is a full-time, office-based position located at our North Burnaby office near Production Way SkyTrain Station. As the first point of contact for our company, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming experience for our clients and keeping our operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in person and over the phone with a positive, professional attitude
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls to the appropriate team members
- Schedule service appointments and manage the technician dispatch calendar
- Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and provide general service information
- Maintain accurate client records and job files
- Assist with invoicing, data entry, and basic bookkeeping tasks as needed
- Monitor and restock office supplies and keep the front office tidy and organized
- Support the office manager and technicians with administrative tasks
- Help with customer satisfaction calls and feedback collection
Requirements
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, professional, and approachable personality
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, scheduling systems)
- Ability to handle customer inquiries effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred (But Not Required)
- Familiarity with dispatching or scheduling software (e.g., Jobber, etc.)
- Bilingual (English/Chinese or other languages) is a plus
